Visits include the following tasks:

• Water changes

• Test water quality

• Add trace elements

• Clean exterior and interior aquarium surfaces

• Siphon gravel bottom

• Change chemical filtration media

• Clean filtration pads

• Empty protein skimmer collection cup

• Clean covers and light fixtures of algae and salt deposits

• Remove and clean decorative corals, rocks, plastic plants, and ornaments

• Check temperature of water

• Top off water

• Visual check of equipment, air and water flow

Invoicing:

Invoices are sent out at the end of the month for service received that month.  Dry goods and foods delivered the previous month are billed on the next invoice.  Terms of payment are 20 days.  Some long term customers elect to prepay for a years service in advance and for that , we off a 10% discount off the service charge only.  Personal or company checks are accepted and preferred.  You also have the option to pay by credit card-Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
